Creative
& Community
Intern
We believe your rituals shouldn't slow you down — they should fit your life, not the other way around. PODHAUS reimagines the beverage ritual for people who are always moving: premium ceremonial matcha and hojicha, made possible for the everyday.
We're not just selling pods. We're building a new kind of ritual — intentional, innovative, and never boring. If you're someone who thinks there's always a more creative, more beautiful way to do things, you'll feel right at home here.
This isn't a "post three times a week and clock out" kind of internship. You'll be embedded in the brand — shooting content, writing copy, showing up at events, and helping build a community that actually cares about what we're doing. You'll have real ownership, real creative input, and direct access to the founder. The work you produce here will be seen, shared, and remembered.
- 01Create and schedule daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms — from concept to caption to post
- 02Shoot and edit short-form videos that feel creative, intentional, and unmistakably PODHAUS
- 03Develop and photograph original matcha and hojicha recipes — drinks, rituals, lifestyle moments
- 04Write copy across channels: captions, newsletters, product descriptions, community replies
- 05Manage and maintain a content calendar — plan ahead, stay consistent, meet deadlines
- 06Be present and hands-on at PODHAUS events — helping with setup, photography, filming, and community engagement
- 07Monitor community channels, respond to followers, and help grow an engaged audience that feels like a real community
- 08Bring fresh ideas to the table — you won't just execute, you'll contribute
- —A genuine matcha and hojicha lover — you drink it, experiment with it, and could talk about it for too long
- —Someone who gets excited about making recipes — mixing, layering, trying new things, then sharing the result
- —Warm, bright, and genuinely good with people — you light up a room without trying and you're just as comfortable on-site at events as you are behind a caption
- —Can create videos that actually stop the scroll — not just filmed, but felt. You know the difference.
- —A sharp eye for light, texture, and stillness — you see the frame before you pick up the camera
- —Strong copy instincts — concise, intentional, never generic. You write like a person, not a brand brief.
- —Organized enough to own a content calendar without being chased for it
- —An innovator at heart — you don't just follow trends, you ask why things are done a certain way and imagine a better version
- —Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or any video editing tool
- —Familiarity with Lightroom or similar photo editing software
- —An existing presence or POV on social media — a personal account that shows your aesthetic
- —Knowledge of the wellness, matcha, or lifestyle space
- —Experience with Canva, Notion, or content scheduling tools
