PODHAUS ships nationwide within the Philippines. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your pods to you.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

Philippines 

  • Pick-up from Makati — shipping c/o customer

Orders up to 1,499g

  • Greater Metro Manila (1–2 business days) — ₱100
  • Luzon (3–5 business days) — ₱180
  • Visayas (5–8 business days) — ₱300
  • Mindanao (5–8 business days) — ₱350

Orders above 1,499g 

  • Greater Metro Manila (2–3 business days) — ₱300
  • Luzon (3–5 business days) — ₱470
  • Visayas (5–8 business days) — ₱490
  • Mindanao  (5–8 business days) — ₱510

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We work with trusted local couriers such as J&T, Flash Express, LBC and GogoExpress to ensure reliable delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order directly through the courier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • High volume periods (e.g. holidays, launches)
  • Customs clearance for international orders
  • Unforeseen logistics disruptions or weather events
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

PODHAUS is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of checkout. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us at inquiry@podhausworld.com immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically leave a notice or attempt re-delivery. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.

8. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. PODHAUS has no control over these charges.

9. Marketplace Orders

Orders placed through Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok Shop are fulfilled and shipped according to each platform's logistics network. Shipping timelines and policies for these orders may differ from those listed here. Please refer to the respective platform for details.
