Welcome to PODHAUS. By accessing or using our website at www.podhausworld.com and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

All PODHAUS products are Nespresso®-compatible pods and related merchandise. Product descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

While we make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and packaging.

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

• All prices are listed in the applicable local currency (Philippine Peso) and include applicable taxes (12% VAT) unless otherwise stated

• Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards via PayPal and digital payment methods as listed at checkout

• PODHAUS uses secure, encrypted payment processing and does not store your payment information

4. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and payment processed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@podhausworld.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before dispatch.

5. Pricing & Promotions

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional discounts and codes are valid for the period specified and cannot be applied retroactively. PODHAUS reserves the right to cancel orders placed using invalid or fraudulent promotional codes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on www.podhausworld.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and brand identity, is the property of PODHAUS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site without prior written permission from PODHAUS.

You agree not to use our website or services to:

10. Product Use & Compatibility

PODHAUS pods are designed for use with Nespresso®-compatible machines. We do not guarantee compatibility with all machine models and are not responsible for any damage to your machine arising from use of our products. Please refer to your machine's manual for compatibility information.

Our products are for personal consumption. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition.

11. Third-Party Platforms

PODHAUS products are also available on third-party platforms including Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. Purchases made through these platforms are subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions in addition to our own. We are not responsible for disputes arising from third-party platform transactions.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision will be noted at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
