At PODHAUS, we stand behind the quality of every pod we sell. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right.

 

1. Our Quality Commitment

All PODHAUS products are quality-checked before dispatch. Because our pods are consumable food-grade products, we follow specific return guidelines to ensure the safety and integrity of every order.

2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

       Your order arrived damaged or broken

       You received the wrong product or incorrect quantity

       The product is defective or compromised in quality

 

To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and unused (for quality complaints, photographic evidence is required).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for:

       Opened or partially consumed pods

       Products returned more than 7 days after delivery

       Items not in original condition or packaging (unless defective)

       Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement, please:

1.     Email us at inquiry@podhausworld.com within 7 days of delivery

2.     Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

3.     Attach clear photos of the product and packaging

 

We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

       Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

       Store credit may be offered as an alternative at our discretion

       Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error

 

For orders placed through Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok Shop, please follow the respective platform's return process. Platform policies may differ from those stated here.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective orders. If you would like a different product in exchange, we will do our best to accommodate based on stock availability.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order was damaged during shipping, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly.
